Shipping is via UPS. You may select your shipping and respective rate at checkout. Shipping is insured. We ship in a protective cardboard/plastic wrap/corner protection/edge guard system to protect your products.
Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied. If the product is damaged or defective, we will replace the product at no cost to you. If you are unhappy and simply want to return, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to return the product and how to obtain a refund.
